1. Searching for a baptism of John JONES and a marriage between John JONES and Carolyn MORRIS
He was a John Jones born in the district of St George, Hanover Square,
Middlesex (as per 1851 census). I believe he was born in April 1828,
but have not been able to confirm this.
I also have not been able to find a marriage between him and his "wife"
Carolyn.
On my great-grandfather's birth certificate in 1849,John was a "servant" and Caroline was Jones "formerly Morris".
In the 1851 census I believe he was the John "James", a servant again in Marylebone, but born in 1820 not 1828 - but this could be wrong.
In the 1861 census, John was a "gentleman's servant" living with Carolyn in Marylebone, and according to my great-grandfather's marriage certificate in 1871, John was a "butler." Perhaps he travelled with his employer out of London.
John died at some time before 1871, as on his daughter's marriage certificate in 1870 he is described as a "butler" (deceased). (Although son's marriage in 1870 does not state deceased. Wife Carolyn later remarried.

2. Searching for a birth or baptism of Rachel HILL and her brother Joseph HILL
Birth or baptism of Rachel HILL. Born abt. 1840 (estimate from death certificate) She married William Robert HELMAN 23 March 1867 in St. Andrew's church, Dublin and died 19 Jan1874 in Mt Kennedy, Newcastle Co. Wicklow, Ireland. They lived at Newbridge House, Donabate, Dublin, Ireland where Joseph HILL was the Land Agent and William R. HELMAN was the gardener.
Rachel and Joseph's parents: Richard HILL, a farmer and Rebecca HANLEY. They married in Co. Meath Ireland in 1826.
She had at least 1 brother Joseph HILL who was b. abt. 1828 in Co. Meath, Ireland (inf. from Irish census 1901 and 1911) I can't find his baptism either.
I think they were English living in Ireland so she may not have been born in Ireland. The same applies to her brother, Joseph even though he says he was born in Co. Meath
I have searched on Roots Ireland and irishgenealogy.ie
I also contacted Meath Heritage Centre but they found no mention of Joseph or his parents marriage.
